Why take this masterclass | Fundraising is a complex long-term process for any startup that could take many funding rounds to achieve its exit strategy. It is thus important to ensure the fundraising documents that an entrepreneur enters into are clear and consistent. It is also important to ensure rights and privileges of early-stage investors are not too onerous, which leads to the startup being toxic in nature. There should also be fair equitable terms to the entrepreneurs.
Understanding Fundraising Documents for Startup Entrepreneurs is a class specifically catered to millennial Singaporeans to be equipped and versed in fundraising terminologies and documents. This class is also taught by an experienced industry practitioner who understands both the entrepreneur and investor side. His heart is here to impart that knowledge to the next generation of Singapore entrepreneurs.
